No, you can use Momental without creating an account, and your data will be stored locally on your device. However, creating an account allows you to sync your mental health data across multiple devices and ensures your data is backed up securely in the cloud.

Yes, Momental offers a free version with essential mental health tracking features. You can log daily moods, receive basic reminders, and view simple wellness reports without paying anything. Premium features like unlimited entries, advanced analytics, custom categories, and detailed insights are available through our subscription plan.

Upgrading to Premium is easy:

1Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
2Select 'Upgrade to Premium'
3Choose between monthly or annual billing (annual offers savings)
4Complete the purchase using your App Store or Google Play account

Premium features will be instantly unlocked once payment is processed.

You can cancel your Momental Premium subscription at any time through your device's app store settings, not within the app itself.

No, you won't lose your existing data if you cancel Premium.
